We are located in Wauconda, Illinois, with over 25 years of success in refineries, power plants, steel mills, and paper mills. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of territory account manager. Duties include market development of an assigned territory by prospecting/cold calling; presenting Belzona systems to prospective clients; analyzing potential applications; developing solutions for clients; and overseeing the application of Belzona systems in client facilites. Account managers secure new customers as well as follow-up with current customers to ensure constant account development. Office time is limited as account managers are expected to continuously deliver quotes/proposals to prospective and existing customers in order to grow and acquire such accounts. A successful account manager has the ability to dictate their earnings and future success within this growing company.DESIRABLE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to navigate through complex customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Intermediate proficiency in Excel; Basic proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience working with multiple deadlines at the same time
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent client management and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in completing required tasks
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with Industrial or Mechanical equipment
COMPENSATION:
- Aggressive commission rate with a $24K base.
