Heat Exchanger Repair | Valve Repair | ||
This heat exchanger tube sheet was badly corroded leading to severe efficiency loss. Belzona 1311 was used to rebuild damaged area and Belzona 1341 coating was used to protect from future corrosion. | This valve experienced severe corrosion and erosion on its internal surfaces after years of transporting sewage water. Belzona 1111 and 1311 were used to rebuild pitted areas while Belzona 1321 was used to protect from future corrosion damage. Replacement costs would have easily exceeded 100k whereas the Belzona repair cost $8,500. | ||

These heating and cooling air roof ducts experienced heavy corrosion and were no longer water-tight. Insulation was wet and water began leaking into the building. Belzona material was used to repair and protect from future corrosion. The microporous nature of the Belzona coating allowed wet insulation to dry out restoring protection and efficiency. | Entrained solids and cavitation caused severe damage to edges of the runner. Holes and pitting were repaired using Belzona's supermetal. The turbine was then coated to protect from future corrosion/erosion damage. | ||
